For this project I was able to develop a health equity written action plan. Throughout my time at the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center, I had the honor of watching this equity strategy plan blossom into real goals and efforts. Through the gathering of data and experience within meetings with the leadership team about this action plan, I was able to create a written deliverable with all of the information gained to showcase the work being done. Through this deliverable, it shares the goals and strategies of the equity plan that are being implemented today. This deliverable has been made available to the leadership team in order to stay on track to meet the team's goals and to continue following the values and mission of the hospital.
