One Last Scoop was a business model formulated to cater to a niche demographic here in the San Francisco Bay Area. I had to create a mock business plan within my DFM 353 - GWAR class. In this class in particular, we had to learn how to manage and run a business through the lens of dietitian. This business was created on the baseline to cater individuals who suffer specific dietary restrictions such as diabetes and dairy allergies/intolerances. Within this business plan highlights sources such as a mock business letter, sample menu for the business, financial plans, and target demographic audience. Key components done within this business plan were learned throughout the course and implemented into this sample plan as a final project.
