This presentation is on butyrophilin proteins (BTN), mainly focusing on BTN3A1, BTN3A2, and BTN2A1. Together these immune checkpoint proteins regulate cancer and may be useful in future therapeutics. The presentation is based off of literature review on the structural models and proposed functional mechanisms of BTN proteins.
