Just this past October, I completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) Certification. In order to obtain this certificate, I completed an e-learning course that served as an introduction to financial markets. Topics covered in this course included economic indicators, currencies, fixed income, equities, securities and financial derivates, etc.

As a Quantitative Finance and Economics double major, I hope to pursue a career in investment banking/portfolio management. These concepts that I learned and mastered in this course has helped me gain a better understanding of capital markets and how they function.
