Our project examines how externalizing behaviors mediate the relationship between internalizing behaviors and substance use. To be more specific, how aggression mediates the relationship between depression and substance use. Our goal was to predict a potential course that could lead people to develop substance abuse issues. We used SPSS to test our model.

This project helped me develop excellent critical thinking and collaboration skills by pushing me to draw conclusions from complex data sets and challenging me to find new ways to successfully communicate and work with my team virtually.
