What factors influence a customer to exit a bank?

Things done in this project:
1) Exploratory analysis to check the data
2) Survivor analysis: Kaplan Meier Model constructed
3) Survivor analysis: Cox proportional hazards constructed
4) Irrelevant covariates removed, constructing a stronger model
5) Identified the covariates that support survival and harm survival
