To determine the effectiveness of monthly newsletters, I conducted a survey among the students of the College of Arts and Humanities. This included determining the goals of the survey, and creating a Google Form for the students to fill out.
I collaborated with our marketing team to create marketing materials to advertise and encourage students to participate. While survey responses were anonymous, students could also enter a gift card raffle for participating in the survey. I managed the raffle and contacted the winners, also making sure the appropriate forms were filled out.
I compiled the data from the results, and put together a slideshow which I then presented to my supervisor. We will use the information we learned to more effectively communicate with students, and give them the information that they would like to receive.
