This is an analysis report about current business processes of Maroondah hospital. The organization is facing to the problem of a high demand because population in the eastern suburbs is increasing. There are more patients while the business processes of the hospital are not efficient with the growing of the organization. This report will identify the problems of the organization, then provide the opportunity of the organization when the problems are solved. It also uses BPMN diagrams as a tool for analysing the current business processes of the hospital. The analysis will help the management to understand further about the important of business processes management and then take action to improve the processes.
