Our project is a remodeled version of the commonly known sports app, ESPN, that gives an inclusive and remarkable experience for all sports fans around the world. The problems we wish to address are the several difficulties that many individuals face include, but are not limited to, dyslexia, hard of hearing and language barriers. Each of these potentially hinder fans from obtaining access to sports statistics easily. We decided to focus on this problem by implementing a series of optional features that can be turned on and off based on the user. The features we added were sports language inclusivity, text to speech, color blindness awareness, hearing impairment improvement, real-time commentary, and an epilepsy trigger reduction. The newly incorporated features help solve customer problems by providing options to guarantee the most accessible way of receiving information. By revolving around “Customer Obsession”, we made sure user accessibility was first priority.
