This assignment for the Airline Planning, Operations and Management unit involved having to reschedule flights for a fictional airline following a major disruption at Perth Airport. As a team of two, we had to maintain the airline's operations with minimal disruptions to the schedule over two days. This had to be done with minimal cancellations, enabling passengers to get to their destinations mostly on-time. We achieved this by up-gauging aircraft, re-booking passengers and ferrying flights where absolutely necessary. The excel spreadsheet contains the revised schedule, having dealt with the disruption.
