The motivation of this project was to obtain real world experience in the development innovative and realistic customer-driven engineered products, services or systems. Through this project, I learned how to identify a problem opportunity gap, create key product requirements, generate concepts, and perform prototype testing that were driven by user needs. The end result of these processes were a 360 Car Monitoring System prototype that was designed and created to address the increasing number of car break-ins cases in the Bay Area.
