This structure was built to calibrate lidar sensors for AEye, Inc. It a target used to calibrate the lidar sensor and the requirement was that it needed to be a 140-degree arc. We had already built several rectangular targets so this project was a challenge. Designed by Marcus Smith. I contributed by building the frame and helping Marcus to position and assemble the frames into the finished arc. I also contributed by completing the Solidworks drawings and BOM. At the time this was built, I was an employee of AEye in March 2023.
