2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT (extended range AWD)
TOW IN - Customer states stop safely now on dash and vehicle will not start.
Verified concern, vehicle does not start, stop safely now warning on dash. Check for DTCs, found P1A10 in SOBDMC, P0563 and P0AA1 in BECM. Cleared DTCs and P1A10 in SOBDMC and P0563 returned - positive contactor stuck closed. WSM 414-03A Pinpoint Test P: P1 no - only positive contactor stuck closed, P2 no - no other DTCs, P4 leads to lower HV battery for diagnosis. Contact Hotline ID 119518397. Removed rocker panels and underbody shields. Drained coolant and removed high voltage battery. Inspect high voltage battery junction box/bussed electrical center and found all connectors seated. Replaced high voltage battery junction box. Reinstalled high voltage battery and all trim. Perform BECM coolant filling and bleeding via FDRS. Clear DTCs and test drove vehicle, ok at this time.
