Project Description:
During the course of 12 weeks, I was presented with the task of building a Wobbler Engine. The engine that I co-designed was designed for the competition of Max Speed. The amount of machine hours that were use to build this engine is around 35, and the amount of hours it took to 3D model, design, and re-design is around 25.

Design Features:
The engine is a dual piston-single acting engine. The relatively small flywheel, and the dual-pistons were designed in order to maximize speed. The holes that were drilled inside the flywheel were done in order to further lighten the flywheel. The pistons were also half-milled in order to reduce friction between the piston and the crank disk.

Further Tasks involving the Engine:
Apart from building, designing, and modeling the engine, I also created a google spreadsheet of the Torque of the engine at any given angle, along with creating an equation that predicted the volume of the cylinder at any given time.
